The registration at Moodle is done via the central login service UHH Login of Universität Hamburg, which is provided by the Regional Computing Center.
This service has not transmitted the corresponding data record to Moodle, which is used to assign the Moodle account.
The reason for this is that this attribute could not be retrieved from the central database by the login service. This can occur during maintenance work at the regional computer center, but can also be caused by faulty processing operations when assembling the database.
