You cannot delete courses in Moodle. Completed courses should not be deleted, but remain in the corresponding semester of the course category, as they are archived from there.
If you would like to create a course for test purposes, please use the Sandbox course category to create your test course. We regularly delete the courses in the sandbox (and after appropriate notification).
If there is a course that is outside the sandbox and should be deleted, please contact our support team.
