The registration at our services is done via the central login service UHH Login of Universität Hamburg, which is provided by the Regional Computing Center.
Each time you log in, your e-mail address is transmitted to our system and updated. This ensures that the user account is always assigned a valid e-mail address for communication.
In accordance with data protection legislation, it is not permitted for our systems to send automated e-mails to external providers. In case of doubt, the messages contain personal data of third parties who have not consented to external data processing. Automated forwarding of business e-mails as an employee of Universität Hamburg is therefore generally prohibited (internal instructions).
If you have several business e-mail addresses / aliases, it is possible to change the primary e-mail address. Please contact the ServiceLine (RRZ).
